China's Minister of Education announced several measures to enhance physical education among students at a conference Monday and provided a blueprint for promoting soccer among young people.


Minister Yuan Guiren stressed the importance of physical education and asked schools to make sure that their students receive the mandated amount of time for physical education. "No school can drop PE classes for any excuse or reason air max 90 donna nere ," he said.


One more PE class will be added for primary school students in grade three to six, who will have four lessons a week, as well as senior high school students, who then will have three.

Heads of local education ministries and schools will be held accountable for drops in students' physical condition for three consecutive years.


Soccer will be highlighted in PE education. Yuan said the ministry plans to expand schools featuring soccer education from 5,000 to 20,000 in the next three years and establish soccer leagues at primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and universities.


Similar measures will be applied to promoting basketball and volleyball education.


The planet's most populous nation is struggling with the national soccer team's poor performance and domestic league's scandals.

He now faces the daunting task of restoring public faith in an organisation tainted by allegations of graft and deeply divided over his leadership.


In an interview late on Friday, he showed few signs of wanting to unite one of the world's most powerful sports bodies that takes in billions of dollars in revenue from television marketing rights and sponsorships.


"No one is going to take it off me that it was a simple coincidence (that) this American attack (happened) two days before the elections of FIFA," Blatter told the RTS Swiss television channel in an interview.


"Why didn't they (the police) do this in March when we had the same meeting? At that time, we had less journalists."


In a dawn swoop on a Zurich hotel on Wednesday, Swiss police arrested seven leading soccer officials air max 90 uomo bianche , including FIFA vice-president Jeffrey Webb.


The arrests were connected to a bribery scandal being investigated by US, Swiss and other law enforcement agencies that plunged FIFA into the worst crisis in its 111-year history.
